Street Reconstruction Project 19-1 – 4 miles of residential streets

The Contractor for this project is North Valley, Inc. The Contractor's main contact is Herb Thielbar, who can be reached at 763-274-2580 (office) or 612-716-4214 (cell). Work during the week of June 17 includes continued boulevard and irrigation restorations along 127^th Avenue and Crane Street. Utility replacements and new curb installations will continue within Area 2 (Partridge Street, Raven Street, 123^rd Lane, and 124^th Avenue) all next week.

Street Reconstruction Project 19-2 – 2.3 miles of MSA streets (Foley Boulevard from 115^th Avenue to 124^th Avenue, Wedgewood Drive from Main Street to Round Lake Boulevard, Olive Street from 121^st Avenue to Main Street)

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction. The Contractor's main contact is Dan Bodza, who can be reached at 612-248-7760 (cell). Work during the week of June 17 includes asphalt pavement reclamation on Olive Street. Installation and connections for the temporary water system along Olive Street are also planned to be completed. For the west side of Foley Boulevard, grading for the new roadway cross section is scheduled throughout next week. Work on Foley Boulevard also includes sanitary sewer manhole repairs.

Street Reconstruction Project 19-3 – 3.3 miles of residential streets

The Contractor for this project is Douglas-Kerr Underground, Inc. The Contractor's main contact is Ryan Kerr, who can be reached at 320-679-8937 (office) or 320-515-0046 (cell). Work during the week of June 17 includes a continuation of roadway section reconstruction within the Phase 1A area (Flintwood Street, Goldenrod Street, 114^th Avenue, 116^th Avenue, Evergreen Street, Evergreen Circle, and 117^th Avenue). Curb removals and potentially new curb installations are planned for Phase 1A streets consisting of Flintwood Street, 114^th Avenue, and Goldenrod Street. Curb and driveway apron removals are planned for the Phase 1B area (Bridgewater neighborhood consisting of Alder Street, Butternut Street, Cottonwood Street, 116^th Avenue, 116^th Lane, and 117^th Avenue).

Trail Reconstruction Project 19-11 – Wedgewood Trail, Nelson Park Trails, and Trackside Park Trails

Construction during the week of June 17 includes continued asphalt paving of the Wedgewood Trail system.

Anoka County Project – Hanson Boulevard (CSAH 78) Railroad Bridge Overpass

Hanson Boulevard is a County road in Coon Rapids (north of Coon Rapids Boulevard). The County’s Contractor for this project is C.S McCrossan. Harry Grams is the County’s Construction Supervisor, and can be contacted at 763-324-3114.
