Riverwalk Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project 17-28 – Lining of 42-inch diameter City sewer pipe and associated manhole structures within the Riverwalk redevelopment area 

The Contractor for this project is Lametti & Sons, Inc. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contacts are Jeffrey VanHoven at 651-248-3344 and David Lovas at 651-208-6517. Kaitlin Swanson is the City’s Consultant designer, and can be contacted at 651-765-2938 to respond to any specific questions or concerns.

During the week of October 29, the Contractor plans to complete the manhole and sewer lining process, and will begin restoration work.

Coon Rapids Boulevard Extension in the area of Vale Street will reopened to traffic next week. 

Anoka County Project – Hanson Boulevard (CSAH 78) Railroad Bridge Overpass  

Hanson Boulevard is a County road in Coon Rapids (north of Coon Rapids Boulevard). The County’s Contractor for this project is C.S McCrossan. Harry Grams is the County’s Construction Supervisor, and can be contacted at 763-862-4250.
