Anoka County Project – Foley Boulevard Reconstruction (Egret to Northdale)

Foley Boulevard is a County road in Coon Rapids. The County’s Contractor for this project is Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. Harry Grams is the County’s Construction Supervisor, and can be contacted at 763-862-4250.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-1 – Neighborhood Streets between Dogwood Street and University Avenue south of Egret Boulevard and north of 101^st Avenue

This project is now complete. The Contractor (Park Construction) will continue to perform remaining clean-up and restorations, including seeding and irrigation repairs, for the next few weeks. Street Reconstruction Project 17-2 – 101st Avenue, 121st Avenue, and Shenandoah Boulevard

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Nate at 612-360-9295. Andy Evans with Hakanson Anderson is the full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Andy can be reached at 612-716-3788 (cell).

During the week of October 16, the Contractor plans to pave the remaining asphalt wearing course on 121^st Avenue. Remaining asphalt paving necessary for 101^st Avenue is scheduled for Saturday, October 14. Upon completion of paving operations, the Contractor will perform signing and striping installations, as well as final clean up and boulevard restorations.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-3 – Local Streets within Burl Oaks Neighborhoods

This project is now complete. The Contractor (North Valley) will continue to perform remaining minor work, clean-up and restorations, including seeding and irrigation repairs, for the next few weeks.
