Anoka County Project – Foley Boulevard Reconstruction (Egret to Northdale)

Foley Boulevard is a County road in Coon Rapids. The County’s Contractor for this project is Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. Harry Grams is the County’s Construction Supervisor, and can be contacted at 763-862-4250.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-1 – Neighborhood Streets between Dogwood Street and University Avenue south of Egret Boulevard and north of 101^st Avenue

This project is now complete. The Contractor (Park Construction) will continue to perform remaining clean-up and restorations, including seeding and irrigation repairs for the next few weeks. Street Reconstruction Project 17-2 – 101st Avenue, 121st Avenue, and Shenandoah Boulevard

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Nate at 612-360-9295. During the week of October 2, the Contractor intends to perform remaining watermain installations on 101^st Avenue at Dogwood and Cottonwood Streets (delayed from the week of September 25). Weather pending, the Contractor will be working toward paving 101^st Avenue by mid to late next week.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-3 – Local Streets within Burl Oaks Neighborhoods

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. Ron Sample is the City’s full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Ron can be reached at 763-257-3874 (cell).

During the week of October 2, the Contractor will continue work in the phase 3 area streets (Butternut, Cottonwood, Dogwood, Flintwood, Ilex, Holly, Juniper, Kumquat, and Larch Streets – streets adjacent to 121^st Avenue, as well as 123^rd Avenue east of Foley Boulevard). Work shall include irrigation restorations, boulevard restorations, and miscellaneous concrete sidewalk installations. Paving of the phase 3 streets is now anticipated late the week of October 9 or early the week of October 16.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-4 – Various Local Streets throughout Coon Rapids

This project is now complete. The Contractor (North Valley) will continue to perform remaining clean-up and restorations, including seeding and irrigation repairs for the next few weeks.
