Anoka County Project – Foley Boulevard Reconstruction (Egret to Northdale)

Street Reconstruction Project 17-1 – Neighborhood Streets between Dogwood Street and University Avenue south of Egret Boulevard and north of 101^st Avenue

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Nate at 612-360-9295. For the week of August 28, completion of concrete curb and tri-section work is expected for the phase 3 area (101^st Lane, 102^nd Avenue and Lane, 103^rd Avenue, Butternut Street and Cottonwood Street). The Contractor also plans to perform asphalt driveway restorations on 103^rd Avenue, as well as topsoil placement and seeding.
 
Weather pending, the Contractor anticipates preparing for upcoming concrete work this Saturday (August 26). 

Street Reconstruction Project 17-2 – 101st Avenue, 121st Avenue, and Shenandoah Boulevard

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Nate at 612-360-9295. During the week of August 28, the Contractor plans to install of concrete curb and gutter on 101^st Avenue, and completion of remaining concrete work on Shenandoah Boulevard.

Weather pending, the Contractor plans to perform various concrete installations on 101^st Avenue this Saturday (August 26). 

Street Reconstruction Project 17-3 – Local Streets within Burl Oaks Neighborhoods 

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. During the week of August 28, the Contractor is planning to pave the phase 2 streets (Ilex Street, 123^rd Avenue, and 120^th Lane – adjacent to Foley Blvd, and the Juniper Street cul-de-sac).  The phase 3 area (Cottonwood, Dogwood, Flintwood, Ilex, Holly, and Juniper Streets – adjacent to 121st Ave) is scheduled for driveway and curb removals.

Weather pending, the Contractor plans to prepare roads within the phase 2 area for asphalt paving on Saturday, August 26. This latter work only includes surface preparation, with the actual paving planned for mid-next week.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-4 – Various Local Streets throughout Coon Rapids

For the week of August 28, turf establishment (hydro-seeding) is planned for 93^rd Avenue and 93^rd Lane (delayed from the week of August 21). Curb and tri-section installations will continue on the phase 3 area (126^th Avenue, 127^th Avenue, 127^th Lane, Juniper Street, and Holly Street). 

Trail Construction Project 17-10 – Coon Rapids Boulevard Extension
