Anoka County Project – Foley Boulevard Reconstruction (Egret to Northdale)

Dakotah Street Reconstruction adjacent to Mercy Hospital

Dakotah Street from Coon Rapids Boulevard to approximately 600-feet south is being reconstructed in conjunction with the Mercy Hospital expansion. The Contractor is Bolander Construction. At this time, the road is fully open to traffic, and completion of remaining street reconstruction work is on hold until August 2017.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-1 – Neighborhood Streets between Dogwood Street and University Avenue south of Egret Boulevard and north of 101^st Avenue

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Tom Breyfogle at 612-360-9295. For the week of July 3, no work is scheduled on Monday or Tuesday. Beginning Wednesday, the Contractor plans to install curb on 104^th Avenue, as well as periodic locations along Dogwood Street. Topsoil and seeding is planned for segments of Dogwood Street and 105^th Avenue for Wednesday and Thursday. Watermain construction will continue on 104^th Lane. Storm sewer work will take place on Wednesday at the intersection of Dogwood Street and 102^nd Avenue.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-2 – 101^st Avenue, 121^st Avenue, and Shenandoah Boulevard

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Tom Breyfogle at 612-360-9295. For the week of July 3, the Contractor plans to install new concrete valley gutters and curb on the north side of 121^st Avenue.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-3 – Local Streets within Burl Oaks Neighborhoods

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. During the week of July 3, storm sewer work is planned for 123^rd Avenue west of Olive Street. Two hydrants are planned to be replaced on 123^rd Avenue. Other valve and hydrant replacements will occur at Olive Street and 123^rd Avenue, as well as Ilex Street and 120^th Lane.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-4 – Various Local Streets throughout Coon Rapids

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. For the week of July 3, the Contractor does not plan to work on Monday or Tuesday. Curb removals are planned for Wednesday through Friday on 93^rd Lane and 93^rd Avenue. Killdeer, Ibis, and Grouse Streets, as well as Linnet Circle and 121^st Lane/Osage Street (both west of Shenandoah Boulevard), are scheduled to be reclaimed.

Trail Construction Project 17-10 – Coon Rapids Boulevard Extension

For the week of July 3, the Contractor plans to begin removals and trail grading along Coon Rapids Boulevard Extension from 99^th Avenue to Coon Rapids Boulevard.

Trail Construction Project 17-11 – Coon Rapids Boulevard / Egret Boulevard Trail

For the week of July 3, the Contractor plans to complete pavement reclamation of the existing trail along Coon Rapids Boulevard, as well as begin construction of the modular block wall in this same area.
