Anoka County Project – Foley Boulevard Reconstruction (Egret to Northdale)

Foley Boulevard is a County road in Coon Rapids. The County’s Contractor for this project is Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. This segment of Foley Boulevard is closed to thru traffic until early July (weather pending). The road will remain open for local traffic, emergency vehicles and for accessibility to area businesses.

Wilderness – Bunker Hills Trail Extension (Project 17-9)

The Contractor for this project is Barber Construction. Work on the new trail segment from Avocet Street to south of the Dog Park is currently underway. The project is scheduled to be complete by June 23, 2017.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-1 – Neighborhood Streets between Dogwood Street and University Avenue south of Egret Boulevard and north of 101^st Avenue

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Tom Breyfogle at 612-360-9295. During the week of May 22, removal work is planned to continue on the following streets: 104^th Lane, 104^th Avenue, Alder Street, University Avenue Service Road, Dogwood Street, 105^th Avenue, and Butternut Street between 104^th Lane and 105^th Avenue. The Contractor will also perform tree removals on 104^th Avenue and 104^th Lane in advance of watermain pipe replacement. Trees planned for removal have been marked with a white “X”. Residents have been notified of these pending tree removals via US Mail.

Setup for the temporary watermain system on 104^th Avenue and 104^th Lane will also continue. Ancillary hydrant and watermain connection work is planned to occur on Dogwood Street between 101^st Avenue and 102^nd Lane.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-2 – 101^st Avenue, 121^st Avenue, and Shenandoah Boulevard

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Tom Breyfogle at 612-360-9295. During the week of May 22, removal work is planned to continue on 121^st Avenue. In addition, tree removals are planned to occur along 101^st Avenue in advance of watermain work scheduled to begin in July.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-3 – Local Streets within Burl Oaks Neighborhoods

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. During the week of May 22, removal work is planned to continue on the following streets: Norway Street, Magnolia Street, Larch Circle, Holly Street north of 123^rd Avenue, and Goldenrod Circle.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-4 – Various Local Streets throughout Coon Rapids

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. During the week of May 22, removal work is planned to continue on the following streets: Riverdale Drive, 133^rd Avenue, Eidelweiss Street, Flora Street, Gladiola Street, 132^nd Avenue, and 121^st Lane west of Crooked Lake Boulevard.

Valve and hydrant replacements will take place during daytime hours on 121^st Lane beginning on May 22, and on Riverdale Drive during overnight hours Thursday night/Friday morning next week. Businesses along Riverdale Drive will be notified in advance of any water shut downs required to perform these repairs.
