Anoka County Project – Foley Boulevard Reconstruction (Egret to Northdale)

Foley Boulevard is a County road in Coon Rapids. The County’s Contractor for this project is Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. Harry Grams is the County’s Construction Supervisor, and can be contacted at 763-862-4250. Mike Carpenter with Bolton & Menk is the City’s project inspector, and can be reached at 651-968-6924.

This segment of Foley Boulevard is closed to thru traffic until early July (weather pending). The road will remain open for local traffic, emergency vehicles and for accessibility to area businesses.

Wilderness - Bunker Hills Trail Extension – Project 17-9

The Contractor for this project is Barber Construction. Work on the new trail segment from Avocet Street to south of the Dog Park is currently underway. The project is scheduled to be complete by June 23, 2017. 

Street Reconstruction Project 17-1 – Neighborhood Streets between Dogwood Street and University Avenue south of Egret Boulevard and north of 101st Avenue

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Tom Breyfogle at 612-360-9295. Jason Huebscher is the City’s full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Jason can be reached at 612-709-2704 (cell).

Property owners will receive notification letters this Saturday or Monday with project and schedule information.

Construction is planned to begin the week of May 15. Initial work includes traffic control set up and removals. The first group of streets to be reconstructed include 104th Lane, 104th Avenue, Alder Street, University Avenue Service Road, Dogwood Street, 105th Avenue, and Butternut Street between 104th Lane and 105th Avenue. 

Street Reconstruction Project 17-2 – 101st Avenue, 121st Avenue, and Shenandoah Boulevard

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Tom Breyfogle at 612-360-9295. Andy Evans with Hakanson Anderson is the full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Andy can be reached at 612-716-3788 (cell).

Property owners will receive notification letters this Saturday or Monday with project and schedule information.

Construction is planned to begin the week of May 15. Initial work includes traffic control set up and removals. The first street to be reconstructed as part of this project is 121st Avenue between Foley Boulevard and University Avenue. 

Street Reconstruction Project 17-3 – Local Streets within Burl Oaks Neighborhoods 

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. Ron Sample is the City’s full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Ron can be reached at 763-257-3874 (cell).

Property owners will receive notification letters this Saturday or Monday with project and schedule information.

Construction is planned to begin the week of May 15. Initial work includes traffic control set up and removals. The first group of streets to be reconstructed include Norway Street, Magnolia Street, Larch Circle, Holley Street north of 123rd Avenue, and Goldenrod Circle.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-4 – Various Local Streets throughout Coon Rapids 

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. Zach Pfieffer is the City’s full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Zach can be reached at 612-710-8243 (cell).

Property owners will receive notification letters this Saturday or Monday with project and schedule information.

Construction is planned to begin the week of May 15. Initial work includes traffic control set up and removals. The first group of streets to be reconstructed include Riverdale Drive, 133rd Avenue, Eidelweiss Street, Flora Street, Gladiola Street, 132nd Avenue, and 121st Lane west of Crooked Lake Boulevard.
