Street Reconstruction Update

MSA Street Reconstruction (Project 16-1 – Evergreen Boulevard Area)

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Derick Sonnenberg at 612-791-4350. Jon Halter with Hakanson Anderson is the City’s full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Jon can be reached at 612-282-0725.

Please note that all work indicated is weather pending and Subject to Change.

Final asphalt paving is currently planned to occur early next week. Signing and striping will follow the installation of the final lift of asphalt.

MSA Street Reconstruction (Project 16-2 – Mississippi Boulevard Area)

The Contractor for this project is Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Tim Matteson at 651-248-4708. Ron Sample is the City's full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Ron can be reached at 763-257-3874.

During the week of October 24, the Contractor will work on driveway re-establishments, as well as boulevard and irrigation restorations from Direct River Drive to Xavis Street. The final lift of asphalt is tentatively scheduled for the week of October 31, with final signing and striping to occur after that.

MSA Street Reconstruction (Project 16-3 – Mississippi Drive Area; Segments of Crooked Lake Boulevard/128th Avenue)

This project is substantially complete. 

MSA Street Reconstruction (Project 16-4 – Segments of Xeon Street, 113th Avenue/Dogwood Street/115th Avenue, and Egret Boulevard)

This project is substantially complete.
