Concrete driveway re-establishments are planned between 108th Lane and the westerly Crocus Street intersection.

Property owners are advised to remove landscaping encroachments that currently exist in the public right of way in order to avoid damage from watermain and service installations. Residential property lines measure to 15 feet from the back of curb. The City's contractor will not be responsible for replacing these items if damaged. If property owners have any questions regarding removals for water service replacements, they should contact the City Inspector, Ron Sample, at 763-257-3874 for more information.
