This on and off water instruction introduces participants to the basics of SUP (stand up paddleboard). Class includes equipment, launch technique and general safety.

SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga is a unique workout where your mat is a paddleboard and your studio is the water. Challenge yourself and have fun! Paddleboard 101 or previous SUP experience is recommended. All equipment is provided.
