Properties affected by this work will receive a notification, which will be placed on the front door.
Storm sewer catch basin replacements will continue in the phase 1 area. In the phase 2 area (streets east of Round Lake Boulevard, south of 119th Avenue and north of Coon Rapids Boulevard), the existing pavement will be reclaimed toward the end of the week; tentatively Thursday and Friday.
Comcast is currently relocating numerous segments of its buried lines within project 22-2 in advance of the City's street reconstruction work. This relocation work must take place as many of the existing Comcast buried lines are directly behind City curbs that need to be replaced. Comcast’s work is will continue into the near future, and will also occur in the remaining project phases as construction progresses.
