The Coon Rapids Ice Center remains closed due to the Governor's Emergency Orders regarding the COVID-19 pandemic (currently in place through December 18. An updated decision by the Governor is expected this Wednesday, 12/16).

The Coon Rapids Ice Center will update its customers once the facility can reopen again for use.

Skating School

Skating Lessons

Fun classes for figure skaters and hockey players of all ages. The student to instructor ratio is very small in these socially distanced classes. Classes are 30 minutes of instruction. Each participant is given a practice pass. Ages: 5 & Older (born before 9/1/2015).

(two 55-minute sessions $5 each)

We are excited to continue to provide great service, but we also prioritize employee and customer safety. In addition to our general safety procedures, we are adding the following safety measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19:

• Skate rental is not available at this time
• Capacity is capped at 25 skaters
• Participants must pre-register
