Zoom Meetings Are Coming!

The Senior Center will soon start ZOOM meetings. This is a fun way to teleconference with numerous people, right on your home computer. It includes audio and video, with your screen looking something like the Brady Bunch. It’s fun! We’ll announce meeting times in future emails and on Facebook. It is easy to join a Zoom meeting. Try this link if you need some basic instructions.

Creative Writers - Meeting Already on Zoom!

The Senior Center’s Creative Writers group is now holding Zoom Meetings on Mondays at 1 p.m. (the regular time). If anyone is interested in joining, please contact the host, June Anderson by email, and she will provide you with more information.

Heather's Health Classes

Do you miss Heather’s Health Classes at the Senior Center? Check out her website for articles, recipes and info on how to watch her free classes on Zoom! Her next presentation will be “Healthy Protein Options” and will be held on May 1 at 11:00 a.m. If you are interested, email Heather for more information.

The Senior LinkAge Line is a great resource for Minnesota seniors. Learn all about home-delivered meals, grocery and med deliveries, home care and more. Visit the website for more information.

Help at Your Door

Help at Your Door is a non-profit organization providing grocery assistance and essential medical transportation to seniors. The cost for delivery is $14, though there is a sliding fee for income-eligible individuals over 60. To sign up, call 651-462-1892 or check out their website.
