Planning for the 2020 construction season is underway

Contracts are anticipated to be awarded May 5, 2020, and property owners within street reconstruction project areas 20-1 and 20-2 will receive notification letters with project and schedule information mid-May. Street Reconstruction Project 19-2 – 2.3 miles of MSA streets (Foley Boulevard from 115^th Avenue to 124^th Avenue, Wedgewood Drive from Main Street to Round Lake Boulevard, Olive Street from 121^st Avenue to Main Street)

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction. The Contractor's main contact is Dan Bodza, who can be reached at 612-248-7760 (cell). Jon Halter with Hakanson Anderson is the City’s full-time project inspector, and can be contacted any time to respond to specific questions or concerns. Jon can be reached at 612-282-0725 (cell).

Miscellaneous punchlist work is planned to begin on this project the week of April 13, 2020. Initial work will include grouting manhole structures.

Please contact the City if there are any ongoing issues with irrigation systems or other items that need to be addressed on these streets.

Anoka County Projects – Hanson Boulevard (CSAH 78) Railroad Bridge Overpass, and Hanson Boulevard from Northdale Boulevard (CSAH 11) to Main Street (CSAH 14)

Hanson Boulevard is a County road in Coon Rapids (north of Coon Rapids Boulevard). Chris Osterhus is the County’s Construction Supervisor, and can be contacted at 763-324-3189.
