The Snowflake Days Community Parade scheduled for Thursday, February 4, at 6 p.m. (south route) has been CANCELED due to weather conditions, which includes falling temperatures and wind gusts later in the day. This decision has been made for the safety of all.
We thank everyone who turned out on Tuesday, February 2 to wave and smile at the lit vehicles that traveled through several Coon Rapids neighborhoods. Several dozen pounds of food were donated by the community along the parade route as part of this event - all of which will benefit the ACBC Food Shelf! Thank you to the community for participating!
The Coon Rapids Snowflake Days Committee, Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation and the City of Coon Rapids welcome you to take part in other Snowflake Days activities going on over the next several days. There are many activities taking place until February 14, including a medallion hunt, Snowflake Making Contest, Snow Sculpture contest and more.
