Disposition of Surplus Property

Disposition of Police Property The Coon Rapids Police Department recently contracted with PropertyRoom.com to auction assets held in its property and evidence rooms online at www.propertyroom.com. The site will also auction surplus City goods. This auction service is provided at no cost to the City or taxpayers.

Auctions are held continuously as items are received by PropertyRoom.com throughout the year. Each item received is evaluated, inspected, cleaned, repaired (as needed), sorted and digitally photographed. PropertyRoom.com will package and ship items from their warehouse directly to the winning bidder.
