Summer in the City Community Meetings
2010 Free Concerts and Farmers Market- Thursday Nites LIVE! at the Dam
The Coon Rapids Arts Commission, as part of the Anoka County Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP), will be hosting a Farmers Market at the Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park prior to the Thursday Nites LIVE! at the Dam Concerts!
The Farmers Market will be in service on Thursdays evenings from June 24 through August 12 (excluding July 1) from 5-7pm in the large parking area by the Visitors' Center, 9750 Egret Boulevard. Anoka County has graciously waived the parking fees beginning at 5pm on Thursdays. They will be selling fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Stop by before the concert, shop the Farmers Market, then come down to the Performance Pavilion for an evening of great music!
Concerts are held Rain or Shine - Free Parking - Free Admission
Concerts begin at 7:00 p.m. at Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park picnic/performance pavilion, 9750 Egret Boulevard. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy an evening of family fun.

In addition to concessions offered by the Boy Scouts, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, and Walking Tacos, will be available for purchase compliments of the Northstar Lions Club!! Come early and have supper before the concert. A portion of the proceeds will hep fund future Concerts in the Park!
